METHOD
OF PAYMENT
Payment of registration fee should made using either one of
the following methods:
For foreign participants, Visa & MasterCard are acceptable.
Please clearly state your credit card details on the registration
form.
Only BC Card is available for domestic participants.

Bank draft in US Dollars should be made payable to the
10th ASCVS. Please specify your name on the draft before
sending it to the 10th ASCVS Secretariat. Personal or
company checks will not be accepted.

A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be
attached to the Registration Form.
Please note that the bank charge for remittance should
be paid by the registrants.

REGISTRATION
CONFIRMATION
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation
of your requirements according to your Registration Form. Registration
will be confirmed only on receipt of payment. Your confirmation
slip should be well kept and submitted at the on-site registration
desk for final confirmation.
CANCELLATION
& REFUNDS OF REGISTRATION
Cancellation should be received in writing to the Secretariat.
