INSTRUCTIONS FOR TYPING THE ABSTRACT (Download Abstract Submission Form)
Abstract should be typed on the abstract submission form in English only.


Abstract will be reproduced in the Abstract Book as it appears on the original abstract submission form. It will not be retyped. Therefore, the abstract should be in reproduceable quality. Please DO NOT fold.

Abstract should fit inside the space provided. Letters outside of the provided space will not be printed in the abstract book.





















Entire abstract including the title and author's name(s) should not exceed 200 words. It should be typed in the following order.

Title - CAPITALIZE and BOLD the entire title line. Use Times New Roman font of 12 points with no indent.
Author(s) & Affiliation(s) - List authors as shown in the sample on the below. Type in Times New Roman font, 10 points and underline the name of the presenting author on the abstract and write the presenting author's full name, mailing address, as well as the name of co-author(s) on the abstract submission form. Omit degrees and title.
Affiliation(s) should follow listed author(s) and leave one line blank below the affiliation. If co-authors' affiliations are different from presenting author's, please mark with " * " as you see in the sample.
Body of the abstract - Type in Times New Roman font, 10 points, with single line spacing and no indent.
Tables and graphs may be included as long as they fit in the space provided. Photographs are not
acceptable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION



Abstract should be sent in three hard copies (one original and two copies) by airmail to the Secretariat as well as a copy using MS Word for PC, either by sending in a 3.5 inch diskette or by e-mail attachment to ascvs2002@intercom-pco.co.kr.
Abstract must not have been previously published.
In order for the abstract to be published, the presenter must pre-register for the meeting.




Send the abstract and necessary form to the Secretariat of the 10th ASCVS no later than 30 November, 2001.

*Hard copies of the abstract should be sent by airmail. Facsimile is not acceptable.
