HOTEL DEPOSIT

A deposit of one night must be paid when making your reservation. The deposit is per room and is the same irrespective of the length of your stay. CANCELLATION & CHANGE

Any cancellation or change in accommodation must be notified to the 10th ASCVS Secretariat in writing by February 28, 2002.
